I thought the alcohol loosened me up and brought me closer to where I was and what I was seeing. ( note: alcohol can be replaced with ego ..?or along those lines )
I do believe the alcohol pulled me away from myself but not into the environment I was seeing but into the environment I was imagining.
I think the alcohol took me away from myself because I did not like being in myself because I did not like myself.
Before the alcohol took me away from myself but now when I look I am with in myself and I bring the environment that I see into myself.
I am experiencing the environment as it is. I am experiencing myself as I am. I am creating one universe.
Again back to the universal theory. If I can become comfortable in my own personal interior universe then I can except the exterior universe and bring the two together as one.
In other words the universe as it should be. excepted balanced seen but never understood.

Finding your stone is about finding your self
If you become aware of your surroundings, if you become aware of your touch, if you see to see, see to collect, to bring life to your thoughts you begin to create and interior world.
You can begin to discover your own internal universe. You are expelling to re-inhale
You speak out loud to hear yourself. You touch a stone to put it in your pocket. Again looking out of yourself into the external universe you bring it back into your internal universe as you gather that stone.
You identify and create a moment a memory. It is visual ..tactile you use your senses to bring awareness to the channels or the pathways to your internal universe.

You stop.

You think ..you photograph your everyday environment .At first you try and editorialize it... describe it as you see it but then you try and describe it as it is ..as it exists to it’s self.

All things ..all visuals have their own belongings.

Their own being.

Their own reason
You see that same coffee shop every day. You see it full of people. You see the same people. It is part of your routine but do you really look at it. Is it just a JPEG or is it 4K.?

Life is meant to be a lo-res Jpg otherwise the information would be overwhelming. But sometimes truly exploreing the smallest place is actually the biggest challenge and that’s when a JPEG becomes 4K.
